Airport shuttle transfers
are provided for registered
delegates staying in WTC
official hotels provided the
delegate has completed the
Airport Transfer section in
the Delegate Registration
Form.
A World Tourism Conference
Reception Counter is
set up in the Baggage
Reclaim Area at KLIA and
LCCT. Delegates are
registered and led to
transfer coaches. Generally
the shuttles are run on
hourly basis and half hourly
basis during peak hours
subject to confirmed
passenger arrivals.
Delegates may request for
private transfers -
limousines, vans or coaches
depending on the size of the
delegation. Requests are
made in the Delegate
Registration Form. Private
transfers are chargeable.
For return airport
transfers, delegates are
picked up at their
respective official hotels
at least 3 1/2 hours before
their flight departure time.
Travelling time between
hotels and KLIA/LCCT is
between 1 1/2 hours and 2
hours.
Official check-in time for
international flights is 2
hours prior to flight
departure time.
Delegates may also make
their own airport transfer
arrangements of which the
cost shall be entirely borne
by the delegate. Delegates
have the option of public
bus shuttles, airport taxis,
airport limousines, and
express rail link to KL
Sentral train station hub.
Hotel transfers are provided
for registered delegates
staying in official hotels
in the mornings and evenings
Dinner transfer is provided
